Boarding at Moorland

Around one-third of children at Moorland School are boarders and we find it makes for a good social mix with our day pupils from the surrounding area. The small school environment and family-style atmosphere provides a warm and friendly setting, quite distinct from large, impersonal boarding schools. For forces families and others who travel extensively abroad, boarding at Moorland offers an excellent opportunity to settle children in one reassuring place rather than move them from school to school; whilst for overseas parents seeking a first-class English education for their children it provides a secure, friendly home from home.
