The School is situated in a large country mansion set in 15 acres of grounds.
There are wide unbroken views across the Ribble Valley to Waddington Fell, the
Forest of Bowland and Pendle Hill. The School enjoys a rural setting yet remains
easily accessible.
Clitheroe has its own railway station, linked to Preston and Manchester. The
M6 and M65 motorways are only 20 minutes drive away, Manchester Airport is 45
minutes away.

Directions
- Clitheroe is just 20 minutes from junction 31 of the M6 motorway, follow the
A59.
- Turn off the A59 and head towards Clitheroe town centre.
- Continue through the town centre and turn left at the roundabout (Look
out for the BP garage).
- Continue for 300 yards, over a mini roundabout and along Waddington
road (heading towards the village of Waddington).
- Go under the railway bridge (the road actually bears left).
- After 300 yards turn right into Eastham Street.
- Turn right into Ribblesdale Avenue and go down the long drive at the
end of the Avenue.
- Moorland School is at the end of the drive.
