22/07/11 : Magician
On the 22nd July the children who are moving on to primary school had a special leavers party to thank them for all their hard work this year. As a special treat for all the children leaving us, we invited Peter Dean, the fantastic children's entertainer to come and visit us at our Leavers Party.
The children enjoyed watching the magic tricks, balloon animals and even the parents had a chance to join in the fun!
11/07/11 : Stay and Play
The nursery held it's first stay and play for all parents, Grandparents and Carers. They got to play in sand, gloop, paint pictures and made balloon monsters. The whole morning was an outstanding success with everyone joining in the fun. It was a lovely opportunity to see their children playing in the nursery environment with all their friends. We have had lots of positive feedback from the session from all who attended and are planning another in the Autumn term.
11/06/11 : Summer Fete
The summer fete this year was a roaring success . We held the junior and pre-school sports day before the fete. During the fete we had a bouncy castle , face painting and other stalls such as a tombola, lucky dip and stall from people in the community such as flower arrangements and body shop. The fete is held every year to raise funds for the nursery and preschool. Thank you to all who attended and hopefully see you all for the Christmas Fete in December
