Listen to the views or comments of others, even if different from your own.
Eat only at break and lunchtimes, never in class.
Use appropriate language at all times.
Always acknowledge visitors to the class.
Follow all instructions given.

Complete all work to the best of your ability.
Present work neatly and accurately.
All pieces of written work should have a date, whether the piece is classwork
or prep and the title neatly underlined with a ruler. Tippex is not allowed for
mistakes, a single ruled horizontal line should be used.
Expect to repeat or complete the work again if it is unsatisfactory.
Punctuation, spelling and the good use of grammar is very important in all
lessons.
Keep books and your homework diary free from graffiti.
Complete all prep and return it on time.
Some parts of a lesson will include times of quiet, individual work. Some
parts will require group work or class discussion (hands up). Pupils should only
talk at appropriate times. Discussing non-subject related matters is a distraction
and is not tolerated. Never shout out. Raise your hand before speaking.
Stay seated at all times unless you are asked to move by the teacher.
Do not rock on the chairs or sit on tables as this will cause damage.
